Account and Data Deletion Request

Orb Pop: Spirit Forest (구슬팡팡: 정령의 숲) · Developer C&C F.

Delete in the app (fastest)

If you can use the app, you can delete your account immediately as follows.

Open Orb Pop.
Tap the Settings (gear) button at the top right of the lobby.
Tap Delete Account.
Type your nickname exactly in the confirmation box to enable the Delete button.
To prevent accidental deletion, you type your nickname instead of pressing a single confirm button.

If you started as a guest, your account has no email, so we cannot verify your identity. Guest accounts can only be deleted inside the app — please delete it as above before uninstalling. Uninstalling the app alone leaves the account on our server.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in or have already uninstalled the app, send a request to the address below. After verifying your identity, we will process it and reply within 7 business days.

Send a deletion request email

To	meansccf@gmail.com
Subject	[Orb Pop] Account deletion request
Include	Account email (or linked Google account), nickname

For verification, please send the email from the email address linked to your account.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes all of the following. It cannot be recovered.

Account information — account identifier, email address, password, linked Google account information
Nickname and profile picture
Best score, stars and cleared status for each stage
Total stages cleared, total stars, total score, 60-Second Duel best score, and every ranking entry
Acorn (energy) balance, rewarded-ad watch count, and play start/finish records

Data that is kept

We keep no personal information after deletion. However, IP addresses processed by Google Firebase for authentication and security are kept for a few weeks under Google's policy and then deleted, and where the law requires retention we keep data only for that period before destroying it.

Item	Retention	Basis
Nothing kept separately by the operator	-	-
IP addresses from sign-in (Google Firebase)	A few weeks	Google Firebase security operations policy

Processing time

In-app deletion — processed immediately.
Email request — processed within 7 business days after identity verification.

Note — Deleted progress and scores cannot be restored, even if you sign up again with the same email or Google account.

Sound and language settings stored only on your device are never uploaded, so they are not part of this process. They disappear when you uninstall the app.
