앱에서 직접 삭제하기 (가장 빠름)

앱을 사용할 수 있다면 아래 순서로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.

정령 구출대 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
메인 화면 오른쪽 위 설정 버튼을 누릅니다.
맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
확인 창에 본인의 닉네임을 그대로 입력하면 삭제 버튼이 켜집니다.
잘못 눌러서 지워지는 일이 없도록, 확인 버튼 하나가 아니라 닉네임을 직접 적게 되어 있습니다.

게스트로 시작한 경우에는 계정에 이메일이 없어 본인 확인을 할 수 없습니다. 앱 안에서만 삭제할 수 있으니, 앱을 지우기 전에 위 방법으로 먼저 삭제해 주세요. 앱만 지우면 계정은 서버에 남습니다.

이메일로 삭제 요청하기

앱에 로그인할 수 없거나 앱을 이미 지운 경우, 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 회신드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터

계정을 삭제하면 아래 정보가 모두 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

계정 정보 — 이메일 주소, 비밀번호, 연결된 구글 계정 정보
닉네임과 프로필 그림
스테이지별 최고 점수·클리어 여부·별 개수
합계 점수·클리어한 판 수·별 합계, 그리고 랭킹에 올라간 기록
도토리(행동력) 보유량과 상점 이용 기록

보관되는 데이터

삭제 후 따로 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 다만 관계 법령에서 보존을 요구하는 경우에 한해 해당 기간 동안만 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

주의 — 삭제한 진행도와 점수는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 같은 이메일로 다시 가입해도 이전 기록은 돌아오지 않습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 「오프라인 플레이」 기록은 서버에 올라가지 않으므로 이 절차와 무관합니다. 앱을 지우면 기기에서 함께 사라집니다.

Account & Data Deletion Request

Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

If you can still open the app, these steps delete everything immediately.

Open Spirit Rescue and sign in.
Tap the Settings button at the top right of the main screen.
Tap Delete account at the bottom.
In the confirmation dialog, type your own nickname exactly to enable the delete button.
You are asked to type the nickname rather than tap a single button, so nothing is deleted by a stray tap.

If you started as a guest, your account has no email address, so we cannot verify who you are by email. You can only delete it from inside the app — please do that before uninstalling. Uninstalling alone leaves the account on the server.

If you cannot sign in, or you have already uninstalled the app, write to the address below. After verifying your identity we will complete the deletion and reply within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases all of the following. It cannot be undone.

Account details — email address, password, and any linked Google account information
Nickname and profile picture
Best score, cleared status and stars for every stage
Total score, stages cleared, total stars, and your entries in the rankings
Acorn (energy) balance and shop usage records

What is retained

Nothing is retained after deletion, except where the law requires it — in that case only for the required period, after which it is destroyed.

Please note — deleted progress and scores cannot be restored. Signing up again with the same email will not bring back your old records.

"Play offline" records are stored only on your device and never reach our servers, so this procedure does not apply to them. They disappear with the app when you uninstall it.
