앱에서 직접 삭제하기 (가장 빠름)

앱을 사용할 수 있다면 아래 순서로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.

모두함께스도쿠 앱을 실행합니다.
메인 화면 오른쪽 위 설정(톱니바퀴) 버튼을 누릅니다.
맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
"정말 계정을 삭제하시겠습니까?" 확인 창에 본인의 닉네임을 그대로 입력하면 삭제 버튼이 켜집니다.
잘못 눌러서 지워지는 일이 없도록, 확인 버튼 하나가 아니라 닉네임을 직접 적게 되어 있습니다.
삭제를 누르면 바로 삭제됩니다. 이메일·Google 연동 계정도 비밀번호나 다시 로그인할 필요가 없습니다.

게스트로 시작한 경우에는 계정에 이메일이 없어 본인 확인을 할 수 없습니다. 앱 안에서만 삭제할 수 있으니, 앱을 지우기 전에 위 방법으로 먼저 삭제해 주세요. 앱만 지우면 계정은 서버에 남습니다.

이메일로 삭제 요청하기

앱에 로그인할 수 없거나 앱을 이미 지운 경우, 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 회신드립니다.

본인 확인을 위해 계정에 연동한 이메일 주소로 보내주셔야 합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

계정을 삭제하면 아래 정보가 모두 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

계정 정보 — 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소, 비밀번호, 연동된 Google 계정 정보
닉네임과 게스트 번호(번호는 다시 쓰지 않으며, 새로 시작하면 새 번호를 받습니다)
난이도별 클리어한 스테이지와 걸린 시간
오늘의 스도쿠 랭킹에 올라간 모든 기록(아직 만료되지 않은 지난 기록 포함)
이 기기에 저장된 진행 중인 판·클리어 기록·오늘의 스도쿠 도전 기록(앱에서 삭제한 경우)

보관되는 데이터

삭제 후 운영자가 따로 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 다만 Google Firebase가 인증·보안을 위해 처리한 IP 주소는 Google 정책에 따라 수 주간 보관된 뒤 삭제되며, 관계 법령에서 보존을 요구하는 경우에 한해 해당 기간 동안만 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

처리 기간

앱에서 직접 삭제 — 즉시 처리됩니다.
이메일 요청 — 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리합니다.

주의 — 삭제한 클리어 기록과 랭킹 기록은 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 같은 이메일이나 Google 계정으로 다시 연동해도 이전 기록은 돌아오지 않습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 언어·효과음·매일 알림 설정은 서버에 올라가지 않으므로 이 절차와 무관합니다. 앱을 지우면 기기에서 함께 사라집니다.

Account and Data Deletion Request

Delete in the app (fastest)

If you can use the app, you can delete your account immediately as follows.

Open EverySudoku.
Tap the Settings (gear) button at the top right of the main screen.
Tap Delete account at the bottom.
In the "Do you really want to delete your account?" box, type your nickname exactly to enable the Delete button.
To prevent accidental deletion, you type your nickname instead of pressing a single confirm button.
Tap Delete and the account is deleted immediately. Email- or Google-linked accounts do not need a password or another sign-in.

If you started as a guest, your account has no email, so we cannot verify your identity. Guest accounts can only be deleted inside the app — please delete it as above before uninstalling. Uninstalling the app alone leaves the account on our server.

If you cannot sign in or have already uninstalled the app, send a request to the address below. After verifying your identity, we will process it and reply within 7 business days.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes all of the following. It cannot be recovered.

Account information — account identifier, email address, password, linked Google account information
Nickname and guest number (numbers are never reused; starting again gives a new number)
Cleared stages and clear times for each difficulty
Every Daily Sudoku ranking entry, including past entries that have not yet expired
The stage in progress, cleared-stage records and today's Daily Sudoku record stored on the device (when deleted from the app)

Data that is kept

We keep no personal information after deletion. However, IP addresses processed by Google Firebase for authentication and security are kept for a few weeks under Google's policy and then deleted, and where the law requires retention we keep data only for that period before destroying it.

Processing time

In-app deletion — processed immediately.
Email request — processed within 7 business days after identity verification.

Note — Deleted clear records and ranking entries cannot be restored, even if you link the same email or Google account again.

Language, sound and daily reminder settings stored only on your device are never uploaded, so they are not part of this process. They disappear when you uninstall the app.
