달빛 물약 공방(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하고, 누구에게 맡기며, 얼마나 보관하고, 어떻게 파기하는지를 설명합니다.

앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 개발자가 운영하는 서버도 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호처럼 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 받지 않으며, 개발자가 직접 보관하는 이용자 정보는 없습니다. 다만 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google AdMob이 아래 2번의 정보를 자동으로 처리합니다.

1. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되고 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

2. 광고를 위해 자동으로 처리되는 정보

근거: Google 「Google Mobile Ads SDK 데이터 공개」 문서. 모든 정보는 전송 구간에서 암호화(TLS)됩니다.

앱이 쓰는 기기 권한은 인터넷 연결과 네트워크 상태 확인, 광고 SDK가 쓰는 광고 ID 접근(및 이와 관련한 Android 광고 서비스 권한)뿐입니다. 위치, 카메라, 사진, 연락처, 마이크, 저장소에는 접근하지 않습니다. 게임은 인터넷 연결 없이도 할 수 있으며, 이때는 광고가 나오지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 이용 목적

앱 안에서의 광고 게재(배너, 전면, 보상형 광고)와 보상형 광고 보상 지급
광고 성과 측정과 부정 이용 방지(Google AdMob)

4. 보유 및 이용 기간

기기 안의 정보는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 보관됩니다.
Google AdMob이 처리하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 보관 정책에 따릅니다.

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 제3자 제공

앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 게재는 아래와 같이 맡기고 있습니다.

6. 개인정보의 국외 이전

광고 게재를 위해 아래와 같이 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다(「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8).

거부 방법과 효과	기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제할 수 있고(아래 7번), 인터넷을 끄고 플레이하면 광고 관련 정보가 전송되지 않습니다. 이 경우 보상형 광고(되돌리기 추가·시험관 추가·이어하기)를 이용할 수 없습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

기기 안의 정보 삭제 — 앱을 삭제하거나, Android 설정 → 앱 → 달빛 물약 공방 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다.
광고 ID 삭제·재설정 — Android 설정 → 개인정보 보호(또는 Google) → 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다(기기마다 메뉴 이름이 다를 수 있습니다).
유럽 경제 지역(EEA)·영국 이용자 — 앱을 처음 실행할 때 Google의 동의 화면에서 맞춤 광고 동의 여부를 고를 수 있습니다.
그 밖의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 요청은 아래 11번의 이메일로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 답변드립니다. 개발자는 이용자 정보를 따로 보관하지 않으므로, Google이 처리하는 정보는 Google 문의 양식으로도 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

기기 안의 정보는 앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 삭제 시 기기에서 지워집니다. 개발자가 따로 보관하는 정보는 없습니다.

9. 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부

앱은 웹 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdMob SDK가 광고 ID를 사용하며, 위 7번의 방법으로 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.

10. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

Moonlight Potion Lab (달빛 물약 공방)

This Privacy Policy explains how Moonlight Potion Lab (the "App") handles information: what is processed and why, who processes it on our behalf, how long it is kept, and how it is deleted.

The App has no sign-up or login, and the developer runs no servers. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other information that identifies you, and the developer does not store any user data. To show ads, however, Google AdMob automatically processes the information listed in section 2.

1. Information stored only on your device

The following stays on your device only and is never sent to a server. It is removed when you uninstall the App.

60-Second Mode records (high score and your last 20 runs: date/time, potions filled, boards cleared)
Settings (sound, vibration, fast pour, color-blind patterns, language)

2. Information processed automatically for ads

Source: Google's "Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure". All data is encrypted in transit (TLS).

The App only uses the Internet and network state permissions, plus Advertising ID access (and related Android ad services permissions) used by the ads SDK. It does not access your location, camera, photos, contacts, microphone or storage. You can play without an internet connection; in that case no ads are shown.

3. Purposes of use

Showing in-app ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded) and granting rewards for rewarded ads
Ad measurement and fraud prevention (Google AdMob)

4. Retention

Information on your device is kept until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Information processed by Google AdMob is subject to Google's privacy policy and retention rules.

5. Processors and third parties

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties. Ad serving is handled by:

How to refuse	You can delete your Advertising ID in device settings (section 7), or play offline so no ad data is sent. Rewarded features (extra undos, extra tube, continue) are then unavailable.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

Delete on-device data — uninstall the App, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Moonlight Potion Lab → Storage → Clear data.
Delete or reset your Advertising ID — Android Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads (menu names vary by device).
Users in the EEA and the UK — when you first open the App, Google's consent screen lets you choose whether to allow personalized ads.
For any other request (access, correction, deletion, restriction), email us at the address in section 11 and we will respond without delay. Since the developer stores no user data, you can also contact Google directly about data it processes.

8. Deletion

On-device information is erased when you uninstall the App or clear its data. The developer keeps no separate copy.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The App does not use web cookies. The Google AdMob SDK uses the Advertising ID to serve ads; you can delete or reset it as described in section 7.

10. Children

The App is not primarily directed at children under 14 (Korea) or 13 (United States), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
